Inner Space Week is a special event designed just for closed circuit rebreather divers and open circuit divers and students who want to become certified at the recreational level and / or extend certification to include normoxic or advanced trimix levels. If you’ve ever wanted to learn CCR, this is a fantastic way to do it. Unlimited shore diving at Cobalt Ridge and Lighthouse Point is just one of the many benefits this outstanding event has to offer.

This year, Cobalt Coast kicks off its 12th annual Inner Space week May 23rd. The fun continues through May 30th. Both the kickoff party and the farewell party will take place on the ocean’s edge.
Inner Space Week 2015 – Where
As in years past, Inner Space Week will be taking place at the magnificent Cobalt Coast Dive Resort on Grand Cayman. Located just 125 feet from shore, it provides guests with the ability to dive the North Wall directly from the dock.
Inner Space Week 2015 – Event Highlights
Inner Space Week is all about deep diving. You’ll be enjoying six days of CCR boat diving, with profiles averaging 2.5 to 3 hours each. Some of the dives will take place along Grand Cayman’s sheer, deep North Wall, and some will happen in unexplored territory. You’ll also be treated to a special Guardian of the Reef dive, plus you’ll be taken to the wreck of the ex-USS Kittiwake.
In addition to all the diving you could possibly want, this event features seminars, daily live photography and video shoots, and of course the opportunity to test out new CCR rebreather equipment.
CCR’s supported include: Inspiration / Evolution, Sport KISS/Classic KISS, Megladon and Oroborous, Sentinel, rEvo, Titan, GEM, and Poseidon Discovery. CCR rentals are available at a rate of $500 for the week. This rental fee is refundable in the event you decide to purchase a CCR within 30 days of attending Inner Space.
All scrubber is included, with Sofnlime 408 & 812 available, and Extend Air cartridges are included. All gas fills are covered, including O2, He, Air, and Mix fills (5000 psi booster). Student packages include books, tables, registration fees, gases, scrubber, and all dives.
Finally, Round-trip airport transfers are included. Be sure to provide your airline details when you register for the event.
Inner Space Week 2015 – Places to Stay and Things to See
Inner Space Week is an all-inclusive experience. You’ll be enjoying seven nights’ luxury accommodations at Cobalt Coast Resort. A complete seven-day meal plan is also included, so there’s no need to worry about meals.
Cobalt Coast is located just a few minutes away from Stingray City, Seven Mile Beach, and the Cayman Island Turtle Farm. These are just a few of the attractions you can visit if you decide you want to take a little break from the action.
