Alternatively, you may subscribe to the RSS Feed titled “My Business Orders” to dynamically receive updates when you have new customer orders. Follow these steps to subscribe the RSS Feed: Login to your account and click the “My Account” link in the top right, then select the “My Business Orders” tab, scroll down towards the bottom of the page and click the orange RSS feed button. Once on the details page for the RSS feed, click the “Subscribe Now” button to confirm your request.
