You should notify the customer immediately to let them know that you are unable to fulfill their order. Use the following steps to notify the customer and cancel the order: Login to your account, click on the “My Account” link at the top right, then select the “My Business Orders” tab. Select the customer’s order from the list. Once you’re on the order details page, click the “Edit” tab, change the status of the order from pending to cancelled, add a note in the “Order Notes” field informing the customer that you will not be able to fulfill their order, then click the “Save” button.
