Hosted by the Dominica Watersports Association, the Dominica Dive Fest is a fun and colorful celebration of all things scuba diving and so much more.

The 2013 Dominica Dive Fest is being hosted by the popular and historic Fort Young Hotel in Roseau . There are several other diver-friendly hotels nearby with accommodations available.

The 2013 Dominica Dive Fest will be taking place between July 5th and July 14th. This is the longest-running scuba diving festival the Caribbean has to offer; this is its 20th anniversary!
Dive Fest Highlights
The 2013 Dominca Dive Fest kicks off with a football match and a happy hour with music provided by the Fanatik Band. Each day, discover scuba classes are offered free of charge, and beginner’s dives are only $40. This is a great opportunity to introduce a friend or family member to diving in an environment that’s both fun and festive.
Treasure hunts are a long-standing tradition at the Dominica Dive Fest, and this year, there’s a kid’s snorkel treasure hunt at Champagne Reef, plus a treasure hunt at Soufriere Beach for attendees. Canoe races, an Iron Chef competition and bartender face-off, and two great beach parties are just a few of the many event highlights. Swim with mermaids, savor a variety of dishes made with lionfish, and chill out to the sounds of reggae.
