What does a diver with prostate problems need to consider before diving?

Although there are no major contraindications to diving with prostate disease, some medications may cause issues. Men with enlarged prostates taking alpha blocker drugs often experience nasal congestion as a side effect which may pose a problem while diving. All divers taking these types of drugs should seek medical advice before they dive.
