What do I need in order to train for cave diving?

Anyone who has their Advanced Open Water Certification can train for cave diving.  However, not everyone is suited for cave diving and there are a number of other forms of training and experience that will help when it comes to getting your cave diving certification.  If you have been certified as a rescue diver and if you have your Nitrox Diver Certification, then these will enable you to be more prepared for cave diving.  It also helps if you have had a lot of diving experience, logging 100 dives or more in the previous two years and at least 10-12 dives in the previous 6 months.  Those who want to learn to cave dive must also be able to weight themselves appropriately and should be able to hover horizontally and achieve a helicopter turn.
