Do men experience more drag while scuba diving?

Yes, men tend to experience more drag while diving in water.  The carry less body fat than women, but the bulk of that body fat is carried on the upper half of their body, leaving their legs less buoyant, which means they tend to sink more easily.  And because men have larger upper bodies, they tend to experience more back problems and injuries than do women.
