Can I dive if I am taking oral contraceptives?

It is currently believed that the use of oral contraceptives does not increase a woman's risk of decompression sickness or any dive related injuries.  There are some who have suggested it does as oral contraceptives cause hormonal changes that can lead to water retention and loss of vein tone.  However, this has not been substantiated.
