Are men at a lower risk for decompression sickness (DCS)?

While it has been suggested that higher body fat would lead to higher chances of decompression sickness and since women have a higher percentage of body fat than men, they are at greater risk of decompression sickness, there has been no conclusive evidence to bear this out.  In general, it seems that healthy and fit men and women are at the same level of risk for decompression sickness.
