Are cetaceans intelligent?

Cetaceans, particularly dolphins, have been recognized as having a high level of intelligence.  Their brain function is considered comparable to that of other highly intelligent mammals such as apes and elephants.  Dolphins have the ability to communicate using language and have high learning abilities.  They also display a wide range of emotions and  social intelligence in addition to possessing a good memory and excellent problem solving capabilities.
