Each year DEMA, The Diving Equipment & Marketing Association, hosts its annual show. Exhibits from top dive gear manufacturers, travel companies, and others are just part of what makes the DEMA Show fantastic. Seminars, a scuba demonstration pool, a new product showcase, and other features provide industry professionals with new ideas, new revenue sources, and new connections.
DEMA Show 2015 – When
While Exhibitor registration and move-in begins at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, November 2, Exhibitor sponsored seminars begin at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 3. Attendee registration starts at 10:00 a.m. on November 3, and continues throughout the show. The Exhibit hall opens at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 4, and the fun continues through 1:45 p.m. Saturday, November 7.
DEMA Show 2015 – Where
Each year, the DEMA Show is held at a different location. For 2015, the show takes place at Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. You’ll find an area map, along with detailed driving directions, at the OCCC’s site.
DEMA Show 2015 – Event Highlights
As in previous years, the 2015 DEMA Show will be a fantastic one, beginning with a fun Exhibitor Appreciation 2-for-1 happy hour on Tuesday afternoon. Hundreds of specialized training and education sessions, special networking events, and presentations help trade professionals elevate their businesses and careers.
DEMA Show is the only international trade-only event for diving, action water sports, and travel industry professionals. The show is strictly limited to trade professionals and is not open to consumers or the public. Valid credentials must be presented prior to admission. Be sure to stop by the Image Resource Center for photography and videography products and services, plus seminars on how you can utilize underwater photography and videography opportunities to create lasting relationships with potential customers.
At the technical diving resource center, you’ll get the opportunity to discover the latest innovations, plus you’ll have the chance to enjoy seminars on technical diving while learning how to boost your business by appealing to technical divers.
See the latest innovations at the new product showcase, and try them out in the scuba demonstration pool, where exhibitors will be on hand with goodies of every kind imaginable.
The DEMA awards party celebrates the accomplishments and contributions of each year’s honorees. This year’s bash takes place at the Hard Rock Live Orlando Coliseum, and promises to be memorable. VIP reserved seating for tables of 8 are available through DEMA.
DEMA Show 2015 – Places to Stay and Things to See
DEMA Show 2015 is partnering with an official housing provider, Orchid Event Solutions, to offer registrants low rates and no service fees. There are several different hotels to choose from on the DEMA housing page; however it is highly recommended that you reserve your space as soon as possible to ensure availability. All reservations must be made by Wednesday, September 30.
Orlando is a city that’s all about fun. If you happen to have some spare time, be sure to take in an attraction or two along the way. From the famous Magic Kingdom, to Universal Orlando, to live theatre, the city and surrounding area offer plenty of diversions and promise fun for all.
