When can I resume diving after suffering from an ear barotrauma?

Diving can be resumed when there are no further ongoing symptoms, and inner ear barotrauma and perforation of the membrane have been excluded. Additionally, divers will be provided with advice on equalization and must be able to demonstrate they are capable of equalizing using the Valsalva manoeuvre.
