What is the largest search and recovery mission to date?

In July of 1999, the spacecraft named The Liberty Bell 7 was raised 16,043 ft out of the Atlantic Ocean.  Curt Newport led the team and the recovery was financed by the Discovery Channel.  The spacecraft was finally found after a long 14-year effort.  It remains on permanent display at the Cosmosphere in Kansas.
