Should an individual with a ventricular arrhythmia be allowed to dive?

Ventricular arrhythmias such as R on T phenomenon and frequent coupling of beats are considered serious as they can cause a sudden collapse and/or cardiac arrest.  As such, an individual with a ventricular arrhythmia should not be allowed to dive.
