Is bottom time extended in rebreather diving?

Yes, bottom time is extended in rebreather diving.  With an open-circuit system bottom time is limited by how much gas can be carried and how deep the diver goes.  With rebreather diving with a CCR where only oxygen is consumed, bottom time is limited by scrubber duration, which is typically 3-5 hours, oxygen toxicity, and the decompression obligation.
