Are marine worms endangered?

There are a few species of marine worms that are endangered, such as the Mesonerilla prospera and the Phallodrilus macmasterae that can be found near Bermuda.  However, there are so many thousands of species of marine worms, many of which have not yet been discovered, and so little is known about most of them that scientists cannot really be sure of the status of marine worms.
